Journey Guide Project

One day, you or someone you love might need medical care.
Will you be prepared?

Medical care was built to treat you fast and efficiently. It has no time to hear the story of who you are, or why you're seeking care. We're changing that from the inside out.

The problem we're solving

The problem isn't that doctors don't care. It is a system that sees a case number where a human being stands. Neither provider nor patient has been taught how to close that gap until now with the Journey Guide Project.

We will all receive medical care at some point in our lives as a patient, or as a caregiver. When a chronic disease or injury is diagnosed, it's the beginning of a long journey. When that moment arrives without a guide, without a voice, without a map care can be incomplete.

Journey Guide exists for that moment.

What we do

We help you find your voice before you need it most

For patients
Your voice, your rules
We help you find your strong, unique voice to advocate with doctors, talk to family and navigate life under new rules.
For providers
See the full human being
We coach doctors and medical students to see and listen to the full human being not just the numbers, statistics and diagnosis.
Resilience first
Before the crisis hits
We build resilience before the crisis hits working with your nervous system, your mindset and your readiness.
Inside the system
Change from within
We're changing the system from within as doctors, trainers and patients who've experienced it firsthand.
