Who We Serve

Our Concierge Program is designed to support patients who value the help of a trusted partner–whether it’s to help closely review their regular health concerns or assist in facing a serious chronic illness or complex medical issue.

What We Do

We help our clients anticipate their health needs on a consistent basis, providing high-touch care. Our Guides help you to review and understand your medical care, including your portal. We walk with you, side-by-side, as your Story Stewards, throughout your journey.

We also consult with clients on an ongoing basis giving them a more holistic view of their health and empowering them to deepen the mind-body connection, increase their resiliency, and develop their personal narrative.

“Thank you for being there for my dad & me, when we needed it most”

Our Services

  • Services $5000
This service is for people who want a guide, not just a checklist of how healthcare is received. It’s about being known and seen. We don’t just react; we walk with you and anticipate and reflect with you on your health journey. Think of us as having a companion on the road-not someone giving you orders, but someone walking beside you. During our time together, you will receive the following services:

    Listening for the Story

Illness is never just about symptoms; it exists within a personal, social, and historical context. By understanding the full story, meaningful guidance can take place. Many feel unheard or dismissed in medical settings, where their lived experience is often overlooked by clinical protocols. The Journey Guide Project re-centers your perspective as a central part to medical decision making through:

    • Unlimited relationship-based navigation

      • Reach out via email, text, calls

      • Schedule an online visit for support when needed

    • Crisis support

      • Guaranteed rapid response if something urgent arises

    • Quarterly life check-ins

      • Structured sessions to revisit goals, hopes, worries, new diagnoses, & family dynamics

    • Unlimited participation in all community calls and workshops

    Navigating Choices

The Journey Guide Project illuminates how medical recommendations emerge—not as absolute trusts, but as possibilities shaped by studies, clinical trends, and assumptions so you can make the most informed decisions that are best for YOU. Become better equipped to ask the “right” questions with your care team, tell your story in a way that reflects your true needs, and participate in shared decision-making rather than dictated to by medical algorithms.

    • Navigate your voice and your story to gain insights on how to map your journey of wellbeing

    • Gain access to ongoing curated resources, essays, tools, and practices that balance the latest scientific evidence, professional perspectives, and lived experiences to help you create the journey that is right for you, right now.

    Tuning into the Body

Modern medicine often treats mind and body separately and secondary to medical intervention rather than integrated into the core of healing. Every thought we have, our cells are listening, so we help you listen to the wisdom of your illness, recognize and reframe thoughts for optimal healing and making meaning.

    • We help you cultivate an intuitive awareness and understanding of the language your body is communicating with you through easy practices that have all been extensively vetted through neurological and somatic research

    • Companion support in your online Electronic Health Record to help you better understand the medical jargon, so you are confident in your medical treatment and decision making

    Leveraging Relationships

When we are stressed, our brain’s survival mode kicks in and we tend to turn our thoughts inward and isolate. However, we are social creatures and healing rarely happens in isolation, so we help you take practical steps to strengthen your support network and care team.

    • Family and caregiver support

      • Learn how to involve loved ones without feeling like a burden

      • How to build a trusted care team

      • How to communicate medical realities in ways that foster understanding rather than fear

    Making Peace with Change

Exploring conversations of hopes, worries, and fears as helpful tools in cultivating resilience, adaptability, and making meaning amid uncertainty are key steps in coming to peace with change.

    • Receive reflective summaries of your narrative map

    • Be heard and seen during calls with us where grief and loss of “what was” or “what is” is witnessed and honored without fixing

    Putting It All Together

These five domains provide the foundation for Journey Guide practice. They are not rigid steps but interwoven aspects of guidance. From deep listening to decision-making, from body awareness to social connection, and from grief acknowledgment to meaning-making, a Journey Guide’s role is to walk alongside you—not as an authority, but as a thoughtful, steady presence in the complexity of illness and healing. The Journey Guide Project prepares you for more effective engagement with the medical system so you can communicate your needs that help you achieve favorable outcomes.
