Get Your Shit Together in a Medical Emergency
Someone you love is in the hospital, or you are, and you need to know what to do next. This is one live session with people who work inside medicine and have lived the other side of it. You come once, as you are. You leave knowing your next steps, in writing.
You don't have to share anything. Camera off is fine. Your question gets answered either way.
A medical emergency doesn't wait for you to be ready. You don't need more information. You need to know what to do next. That's what this session is for.
How it works
Three ways to come
Same team, same honesty. The difference is how much of the time is about you alone.
- The full playbook, taught live
- Your submitted question answered, anonymously
- Nobody has to speak. Camera off is fine
- Handouts + written next steps
- Your situation, talked through out loud
- Curated small group. We make sure it fits
- Real time for you, not just the playbook
- Handouts + written next steps
- A full hour on your situation only
- Priority scheduling, for when you can't wait
- An independent advocate charges $300+ an hour. This is our whole team
- Handouts + written next steps
Who's in the room
What this is not
No "battle" metaphors. No "everything happens for a reason." No seven-step fix for something that has no fix. And no medical advice. We won't diagnose, treat, or second-guess your medical team. We help you navigate: the system, the conversations, the chaos.
If one session isn't enough
FAQ
- Do I have to talk about my situation?
- In The Session, no. You submit your question when you book, we answer it anonymously, camera off is fine. In The Circle and the 1:1, the time is yours to use out loud.
- How fast can I get a slot?
- Usually within a few days. If you can't wait, book the 1:1. Those get priority scheduling.
- Which one should I pick?
- If you need the map, take The Session. If you need to talk it through, take The Circle. If it's complicated, urgent, or private, take the 1:1.
- Is this medical advice?
- No. We won't diagnose or treat. We help you deal with everything around the medicine, which is usually the part nobody helps with.
- What if I need more than one session?
- Come back, or look at the 28-day program. Most people come exactly once. That's the design.
You don't have to have it together. That's the point. Come as you are. We'll figure out the next step together.
This session is guidance and companionship, not medical care. For medical emergencies, always contact your doctor or emergency services first.
